All Forklift Parts put a great effort to present accurate information. However, the site can contain errors. The prices for parts and shipping are subject to change without prior notice and stated in the US dollars.

Returns and Cancellations: All requests for returns of parts (including defect products) must be made within 20 days of invoice. All Special Order products, like paints, chemicals, lubricants and fire extinguishers cannot be canceled or returned. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Any item that has a note “no cancel, no return” or “non cancel, non return” will not be cancelled or accepted back for a refund.

All returns will be charged 25% restocking charge per line item.

Credit will not be given for items damaged by abuse, alteration, or misuse.

Core Charges:

Cores will be accepted only if sent in the same box that the remanufactured item was shipped in or a $100.00 charge will be applied.

 Deductions will be available if:

Warranty: Warranty is limited to 30 days from the date of original purchase. Flash tubes, light bulbs, sealed beams and similar items have a 30 day warranty. This warranty covers parts and does not include any labor cost.

Liability Limitation: All Forklift Parts is not responsible for damages that may result from negligence, breach of contract or warranty, etc, and is not liable for costs incurred as a result of lost profits or revenues..


Delivery Time and Cancellations: All Forklift Parts shall not be liable for inability to deliver parts on time and reserves the right to cancel already accepted orders due to uncontrollable circumstances (examples of which include natural disasters, no longer available parts, strikes, disputes, accidents, terrorism, transportation delays, law restrictions, etc.).
